This Chocolate Zucchini Bread is super moist and delicious; it’s so chocolatey and has all the goodness of zucchini in the bread.

I love this chocolate chip zucchini bread recipe,

It uses ingredients you already most likely have in your pantry.
It’s so easy to make in a one bowl method.
No special equipments like stand mixer is needed to make this delicious zucchini bread.
The recipe can be modified in a variety of for example if you want to swap some nuts instead of chocolate chips, you can add chopped pecans or walnuts instead.
Preheat the oven to 325 F or 165 C.
Combine All the Wet Ingredients
Prepare the baking pan by greasing the pan(9×5 inch) with some butter and keep it aside.
Into a bowl, add in the softened butter and sugar and whisk them together.
Add 2 eggs and combine together.
Now add the grated zucchini into this.
If you see the batter getting curdled,don’t is because of the high proportion of wet ingredients.
It will get resolved when we add dry ingredients into this.
Combine all the dry ingredients
Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla powder and salt into the flour and mix them all together.
Sift and add this into the wet batter.
When it is almost combined ,add the chocolate chips into this.
At this point, after adding the flour, we need to take care not to over mix the batter as it can cause the gluten to develop, which can lead to tough and rubbery chocolate zucchini bread.
Transfer the batter on to the prepared baking pan.
Sprinkle the top with some chocolate chips.
Bake the Chocolate Zucchini Bread
Bake chocolate chip zucchini bread @ 325 F or 165 C preheated oven for about 65-70 minutes.
After baking the zucchini chocolate bread, let the bread sit in the pan 10 minutes.
